Located in the Mau district in the state of Uttar Pradesh, the residence design is a mix of Vernacular and Modern architecture that accommodates all the needs and requirements of rural lifestyle.

Our Solutions

The design prioritizes energy efficiency and the use of low carbon materials. The residence design is also Vaastu compliant. All interior spaces are naturally lit and ventilated, creating a healthy, Fresh and airy environment.

Double height-ed living space with curtain walls gives more visual connectivity to the outdoors. Shaded open spaces have been provided for outdoor activities and gatherings in extreme climate. Private terraces have been provided to the bedrooms on the first floor to provide privacy which can also be used as elevated gardens.
