Our Solutions

The topography of the site is what contributed the most in making this project unique. The site has a 14m level difference from the front of the site to the back.

The proposed design solution was to treat the site in two levels. The space on the ground floor is used for offices, loading bay and the engineering store, while the space on the first floor is the factory.

All the major services are placed on the rear end of the site.
