Located in Kushinagar, Uttar Pradesh, this senior citizen centre is spread over 1.5 acres.

Our Solutions

The site was designed in accordance with the needs of the elderly and providing spaces for various activities such as meditation, farming, swimming, sitting and spending time outdoors and reading areas and so on.

A water body of varying depth runs through the site along which all the rooms and common areas are located. All the spaces open towards the water body.

The common areas are placed towards the front of the site whereas all the private areas are placed towards the back.

The spaces spread over the site are connected by a shaded pathway.
